Absolute Computer Solutions welcomes David Klein, Inventor of the “Jelly Belly” as Strategic Advisor
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – May 8, 2013 – Absolute Computer Solutions announced today that David Klein, inventor of the “Jelly Belly” Jelly Bean will be supporting operations as a Strategic Advisor. Dave has been advising Absolute Computer Solutions in an unofficial capacity since 2012 however with the tremendous growth of the company over the last few quarters it was an opportune time to make the role more official. Dave will be an enormous asset to Absolute Computer’s enhanced internet marketing and more streamlined customer relationship strategies that you will be seeing in the weeks to come.
David Klein is the eccentric candy inventor from Los Angeles, California, who in 1976 had a once in a lifetime epiphany and came up with the concept of Jelly Belly jellybeans. These colorful beans came in numerous shockingly realistic flavors and were a radical new product. They became a pop culture phenomenon and revolutionized the candy industry. It didn’t hurt that no less a personage than Ronald Reagen, president of the United States of America, proclaimed Jelly Bellies as his favorite sweets. Jelly Belly has since grown into a billion dollar enterprise. Though David feels that there is no room for an eccentric genius like himself in the modern corporate world we at Absolute Computer Solutions can certainly agree to disagree as his strategic advice has helped us tremendously since he first came on board to loan us his services in 2012.
David is the star of the documentary film “Candyman”. The movie is all about both sides of the American dream. It tells how Klein lost his beans, but kept his soul. You can read more about the film here www.candymanfilm.com. David is currently working on a sequel as well as some new products such as David’s “Beyond Gourmet” Jelly Beans which will without a doubt become a modern classic just as the Jelly Belly did over thirty years ago.
“Dave is a once in a millenia genius that has proven himself time and time-again in business. Period. I cannot express how grateful we are for his advice and expect this to be a fruitful relationship for many years to come,” said Jay Rose, Chief Executive Officer at Absolute Computer Solutions LLC, “Dave’s personal nature as a human being is more than in line with our corporate philosophy and motto as he is our friend in the business!”
